Western Electric 7A on 294
Western Electric 7A 5 cent prepay coin collector mounted on an antique Western Electric type 294 specially made fiddle back telephone. The 294 is equipped iwith a beveled transmitter and ost receiver. Combined with the collector they form an early prepay payphone. A nickel dropped in would get access to the operator who would connect the call, she would be able to collect or return the coin.
